• "Applicable Law" — all relevant data protection, privacy and cybersecurity legislation applicable to k1gam and/or the User, including any Pakistani data protection frameworks in force from time to time.

k1gam collects a limited range of data in the course of operating the Platform. We apply a data-minimisation principle: we do not collect more information than is genuinely required for the stated purpose. The categories of data we may collect include:

k1gam does not collect sensitive categories of personal data such as financial account details, biometric data, health information, or government-issued identification numbers. We do not process payment transactions of any kind.

We use the data we collect for the following purposes, each of which is tied to a specific legitimate need or legal basis as described in Section 5:

• Platform operation and maintenance — to ensure the Platform loads correctly, diagnose technical errors, and manage server performance across different network conditions, including those common in Pakistan's mobile-first environment.
• Analytics and improvement — to understand how users navigate the Platform, which content is most useful, and where the user experience can be refined. This helps us deliver better sports betting guides, casino game explanations and responsible gambling resources.
• Security and fraud prevention — to detect and investigate suspicious activity, protect the Platform's integrity, and prevent misuse including automated scraping, denial-of-service attempts and spam submissions.

Where data protection law requires a lawful basis for processing Personal Data, k1gam relies on one or more of the following grounds:

• Legitimate Interests — the primary basis for analytics, security monitoring and Platform improvement, where our interests in operating a reliable, well-functioning information service do not override your fundamental privacy rights.
• Consent — where you have actively agreed to the use of non-essential cookies or have voluntarily submitted information through a contact form. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
• Contractual Necessity — to the extent that processing is necessary to provide the Platform to you in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
• Legal Obligation — where processing is required to comply with a binding legal requirement imposed on k1gam under Applicable Law.

k1gam does not rely on consent as its sole lawful basis for data processing critical to Platform operation. Where consent is the relevant basis, withdrawal will not impair access to core informational content on the Platform.

k1gam does not sell, rent or trade your Personal Data to third parties. We may share data in the following limited and controlled circumstances only:

• Service Providers (Processors) — we engage third-party service providers to assist with hosting, analytics and platform monitoring. These providers act as Processors under written data processing agreements and are permitted to use your data solely for the purposes we specify. They are not authorised to use it for their own commercial ends.
• Legal and Regulatory Disclosure — we may disclose Personal Data where required by law, court order or request from a competent governmental or regulatory authority, to the extent necessary and proportionate.
• Business Transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of all or part of k1gam's assets, Personal Data may be transferred to the relevant successor entity. We will notify users of any such transfer where reasonably practicable.

We may need to verify your identity before processing a rights request. There is no fee for submitting a rights request unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive.

k1gam's Platform is designed to serve users in Pakistan. However, some of our third-party service providers — such as hosting and analytics providers — may process data on servers located outside Pakistan. Where Personal Data is transferred to jurisdictions that may not offer an equivalent level of data protection to Pakistan, k1gam takes steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:

• Entering into contractual clauses with the recipient that impose data protection obligations equivalent to those in this Policy;
• Selecting processors that operate under recognised international data protection frameworks;
• Limiting the scope of data transferred to the minimum necessary for the Processor's stated function.

k1gam is strictly an adults-only platform. Access to the Platform is limited to individuals who are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the gambling operator or licence jurisdiction in question. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from persons under the age of 18.
