Welcome to k1gam. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and k1gam ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the website located at https://k1gam.cam and all associated content, features and services (collectively, "the Platform").

k1gam is an English-language online gaming information platform designed to serve users across Pakistan. The Platform provides educational content relating to sports betting, online casino games, responsible gambling guidance and payment education. k1gam does not operate as a casino, sportsbook, betting exchange or any other form of gambling operator. We do not accept wagers, process deposits or manage player accounts.

• "User"

  Any individual who accesses, browses or interacts with the Platform in any capacity, whether or not they have registered an account.

• "Content"

  All text, graphics, images, video, data, software, tools, reviews, guides, articles and other material published on or made available through the Platform.

• "Operator"

  A third-party gambling or gaming operator whose products or services may be referenced, described or discussed in Content on the Platform. k1gam is not an Operator.

• "Applicable Law"

  All statutes, regulations, ordinances and rules applicable to the User in their jurisdiction of residence, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 of Pakistan.

• "Intellectual Property"

  All copyrights, trademarks, service marks, design rights, database rights, trade secrets and any other proprietary rights subsisting in the Platform and its Content.

• "Personal Data"

  Any information that identifies or can identify a natural person, as further described in the k1gam Privacy Policy.

Your use of the Platform constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance is effective from the moment you first access any page of the Platform. If you are using the Platform on behalf of a business entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

k1gam reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted to this page with an updated "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not accept these Terms — or any subsequent revision — you must discontinue your use of the Platform immediately. k1gam is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to review updated Terms.

Access to k1gam is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the gambling operator or licence jurisdiction you interact with through information on this Platform;
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing with k1gam;
• You have not previously been excluded from gambling services or barred from accessing gaming information platforms under any applicable regulatory order;
• Your use of the Platform does not violate any Applicable Law in your jurisdiction of residence or access.

k1gam does not knowingly permit access by minors. If we become aware that a User is under the minimum age threshold, we reserve the right to restrict or terminate that User's access to the Platform immediately. By accessing k1gam, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements set out above. k1gam accepts no liability for access by ineligible individuals who have misrepresented their eligibility status.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, k1gam grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal informational purposes only.

In using the Platform, you agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any Applicable Law, regulation or code of conduct;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Platform, its servers, databases or associated infrastructure;
• Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, crawlers or similar technologies to extract, collect or republish Content from the Platform without prior written consent;
• Distribute, reproduce, sell, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit any Content from the Platform without express written authorisation from k1gam;
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any contact or feedback channel on the Platform;
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform, including by introducing malware, viruses or other harmful code;
• Use the Platform to disseminate unsolicited communications, spam or promotional material;
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity in connection with your use of the Platform.

k1gam reserves the right to monitor use of the Platform for compliance with these Terms and to take appropriate action — including restricting or terminating access — where a violation is suspected or confirmed.

All Content on the Platform — including but not limited to articles, guides, reviews, images, logos, design elements, layout, code and data — is the exclusive property of k1gam or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or interest in any Intellectual Property on the Platform beyond the limited access licence described in Section 5. In particular:

• The k1gam name, logo and all associated branding are trademarks of k1gam. You may not use these marks in any context without express prior written permission;
• You may share links to Platform pages for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you do not frame, mirror or embed the Platform in any other website or application;
• Brief quotations from Platform Content for commentary, criticism or educational purposes may be permissible under applicable fair use or fair dealing provisions, provided full attribution is given to k1gam and the source URL is cited;
• Any unauthorised commercial use of Platform Content constitutes infringement and k1gam reserves all remedies available at law and in equity.

If you believe that Content on the Platform infringes your own intellectual property rights, please contact us at the address set out in Section 15 with full details of your claim.

The Platform and all Content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. k1gam makes no representation or warranty that:

• The Platform will be available, uninterrupted or error-free at all times;
• Any Content on the Platform is complete, accurate, current or free from inaccuracies;
• The Platform is free from viruses, malware or other harmful components;
• Any reliance on Content from the Platform will produce a particular outcome in any gambling activity.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Law, k1gam expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Any gambling losses incurred by Users who relied on Content from the Platform in making wagering decisions;
• Any legal consequences arising from your participation in gambling activities in jurisdictions where such activity is restricted or prohibited;
• Any loss of data, profits or business opportunity arising from Platform downtime or technical errors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.

k1gam provides information about online gambling products, platforms and markets for educational purposes. The Platform does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation or solicitation to gamble. Users are solely responsible for evaluating whether gambling is appropriate for their personal circumstances.

Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. k1gam does not claim to hold — or to have been granted — any licence, approval or authorisation issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial government, or any other Pakistani regulatory authority.

• Users have rights in relation to their Personal Data, as set out in the Privacy Policy;

Any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy in relation to Personal Data matters shall be resolved in favour of the Privacy Policy.

k1gam reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability, to suspend, restrict or permanently terminate your access to all or any part of the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Actual or suspected violation of any provision of these Terms;
• Conduct that k1gam determines, in its sole judgement, to be harmful to the Platform, its Users or third parties;
• Requests by law enforcement or regulatory authorities;
• Unexpected technical or security issues;
• Extended periods of inactivity where account access is applicable.

Upon termination, your licence to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 7, 11 and 13 — shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

These Terms and any dispute, claim or matter arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which k1gam is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge that Pakistani law — including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 — may impose additional obligations or restrictions on their activities. These Terms do not supersede or replace any obligations imposed by Applicable Law in your jurisdiction of residence.

k1gam makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate for use in all jurisdictions. Users are responsible for compliance with Applicable Law in their respective locations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable in a particular jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.

k1gam reserves the right to amend, revise or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. All changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly with each update.

Material changes to these Terms — such as those affecting User rights, liability provisions or data handling — will, where practicable, be highlighted on the Platform for a reasonable period following publication. However, it remains your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to remain informed of the current version.

If you disagree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue your use of the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
